Thoughts originating from the brain are self-created, leading individuals to experience gain and loss. When they attain what they desire, they feel happiness; when they fail to do so, they experience disappointment and sadness. Is there a way for people to transcend this cycle of happiness and suffering, and enter the realm of peace, a place of utmost happiness? This important question must be pondered by you, my child, and by everyone.

• Beyond the realm of thought, where the self of the thinker ceases to exist, one can observe a lack of greed, anger, and delusion. The absence of personal identity within thought leads to what is termed wisdom, or "sam-maa-tít-tì" (Right View) in the Eightfold Path taught by Lord Buddha 2,600 years ago. This form of knowledge, termed "knowing by heart," represents true understanding.

• My child, it is crucial to recognize that knowledge derived solely from the brain is inherently owned by you and can be perilous, posing a threat to life. However, there exists another form of knowledge, one that arises during
moments of mental emptiness, wherein the self is absent. This knowledge, originating from the heart, is free from doubt and is referred to as wisdom. It can guide you through life, aiding in your endeavors and propelling you towards success swiftly, akin to an elevator ride.

• I urge you to complete reading this book. By doing so, you will discover the doorway to the wisdom concealed within you.
