Nicole teased back, but the woman just glared at her, causing her to stop abruptly.

Suddenly, the woman approached and leaned forward towards Nicole, their noses, and foreheads almost touching.

"Don't be so happy, dear, because the feeling will be mutual soon, I'm sure Norman will accept the money that I'm offering him today to leave you, so smile and laugh all you want now!"

The two were left inside, and Nicole was almost sweating profusely, swallowing hard with fear because she knew at this point, the woman would want something to happen.

On that part, Nicole was about to stand up, attempting to leave when she heard the woman who had just fallen on the floor.

"Shit…! Uggghhh... It’ s painful…!"

Writhing in pain, the woman exclaimed while on the floor. Nicole immediately ran to the woman to help her up.

"Oh my! What's happening to you? Are you okay? It's so cold, but you're sweating!"

Nicole said worriedly and immediately grabbed the blanket to wipe the woman's face because of the intensity of her sweat.

"G-Get my medicine… It's on my table, please!"

The woman stammered, so Nicole immediately took the medicine and water to her. She immediately gave the woman the medicine and helped her sit on the bed. Nicole could clearly see the pain the woman was experiencing.

"I-Is this because of your illness? And the pain should be... umm... should be released from your body by… Ahm, by me doing it with you…?"

Nicole asked hesitantly, but the woman did not answer and weakly walked towards the bed. She followed her with her eyes and would admit that she felt pity for her condition.

The woman just lay on her side, drenched in sweat and groaning from the pain and heat she was feeling.

"Your pain is really unbearable! I didn’ t know there was that kind of illness…"

Nicole said while looking at the weak woman.

After a while, without thinking… Nicole took a deep breath and slowly removed her clothes, both the top and bottom, including her undergarments.

When she was completely undressed, she slowly approached the reclining woman and faced her. The woman looked at her and her naked body, and the surprise was evident on her face.
