Goal: Clear your mind, ground your energy, and set a calm intention.
Instructions (10 minutes):
1. Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes gently.
2. Take 3 deep breaths. Inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth.
3. Begin to notice your breath. Dont try to change it, just follow it.
4. As thoughts arise, gently label them "thinking" and return to your breath.
5. Repeat silently in your mind:
"Today, I begin again. I carry peace in my heart."
6. Feel the air move in and out. Stay here for 56 minutes.
7. End by placing a hand on your heart and say:
"This is a new beginning. I choose calm and clarity."
