Sita is famous for being the most gorgeous character in classical Thai literature. ‘Phiangfah,’ too, is renowned for her beauty—so much so that she is crowned Miss Siam 1938.
Fate has led her to meet ‘Mom Chao Varinlada,’ an aristocratic lady, whose grace and elegance are admired by those in the capital city. Phiangfah has the opportunity to perform a dance at the welcoming banquet for Mom Chao Varinlada, who has just returned from studying abroad. However, Phiangfah has also fallen for the beauty of the royal lady. Yet, their social statuses and classes pose obstacles to their love, preventing them from acting as they wish. From performing a trial to prove her love, as Sita, in a dance, Phiangfah now has to fight for her love in real life as well.
"I want to know what Your Serene Highness truly thinks of me."
"If you want to hear it, don’t you think I’d like to hear it too?"
"I apologize for having feelings for Your Serene Highness as one would for a lover."
"Oh, you sweet talker."
"If you’re going to kiss, it should be here, not on the hand."
