In the current issue of the Thai Journal of Surgery, there are 4 original articles and 2 case reports that cover various subspecialty surgical fields and demonstrate a commitment to improving patient care. Also, this issue includes a total of 55 abstracts from the 50th Annual Scientific Congress of The Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand, presented by surgical residents, emphasizing the advances in surgical knowledge originating from the next generation of surgeons.
