This story follows two couples and four main characters. There are two heroines, while the “male leads” almost feel like they were drawn from a lottery two handsome surgeons who come as a mischievous pair. Before settling down, the older one had already lived quite a wild life.
Dr. Chan (28) recently got married after unexpectedly ending up with the awkward older woman her father-in-law practically pushed into her life. She calls her wife “Aunt,” and they’ve been living together for a hundred days spending plenty of time tangled up with each other despite Chan stubbornly insisting she doesn’t like it… even though she never refuses.
Dr. Prim (28) is Chan’s best friend and works at a private clinic called Klangnam Clinic on the outskirts of the city. A talented cosmetic surgeon, she has a particular fascination with “the real thing” natural beauty just as it was given. Ironically, she ends up getting involved with one of her own patients, a woman who claims she’s had surgery done on nearly every part of her body… including gender confirmation surgery.
O (Oravee, 36) is the first heroine and Chan’s wife. Because of the age gap, Chan teasingly calls her “Aunt.” Despite being married to a cosmetic surgeon, O refuses to alter her body she keeps her flat chest natural and doesn’t care much about conventional beauty. One day, however, Chan starts wondering why her wife seems so indifferent to appearances… and ends up discovering something unexpected.
Bell (Manee, 24) is the other heroine. In contrast to O, she has enhanced nearly everything about her appearance. Her striking beauty including her famously large chest comes from extensive cosmetic surgery. Her insecurities about losing her twin sibling drove her to pursue perfection, hoping people would look at her with admiration. In the end, she becomes the woman who captures Dr. Prim’s heart.
In a world full of flirtation, teasing, and tangled relationships, even the most confident playgirls may find themselves defeated by a truly dangerous woman.
