Mina only took her perfectly healthy cat to the vet for a routine checkup. She did not expect to meet Dr. Lin, a calm and gentle veterinarian who somehow made every normal cat behavior feel like a reason to come back.
Tofu is not sick. He sleeps, ignores his name, stares at walls, leaves one kibble in his bowl, and behaves exactly like a dramatic but healthy cat. Unfortunately for Mina, every tiny "symptom" becomes an excuse to message the clinic, send a video, or stand in front of Dr. Lin while trying very hard to act normal.
Dr. Lin is professional, careful, and kind enough to set boundaries. Mina is anxious, funny, and increasingly bad at pretending this is only about her cat. Between clinic visits, cafe conversations, awkward messages, and one very judgmental gray cat, something soft begins to grow.
My Cat Is Not Sick, I Just Like the Vet is a warm sapphic romantic comedy about a healthy cat, an overthinking owner, and the veterinarian she definitely should not be using as emotional medicine.
