I Chose You Before I Knew My Name

On a rainy night, Marin finds an injured Alpha collapsed behind her little café.

The woman has no wallet, no family she can remember, and not even a name.

So Marin gives her one.

Metia.

What begins as a temporary arrangement slowly becomes something neither of them expected—a shared home, quiet mornings behind the café counter, ridiculous cat-shaped cookies, and a love that feels real enough to survive anything.

Until the day a convoy of luxury cars pulls up outside.

Metia is not a nobody.

She is Selena Ashford, the sole heiress to a corporate empire, with a powerful family, an arranged fiancée, and an entire world waiting for her return. Selena promises Marin that she will come back.

But Marin makes a choice for both of them—and disappears before she can.

Six years later, Selena is still searching for the woman she never stopped loving.

Then she meets a little girl with familiar dark eyes, a strangely familiar scent... and a mother Selena has spent six years trying to find.

This time, Selena remembers exactly who she is.

And this time, she refuses to let anyone else decide whom she gets to choose.
